Successful insemination is guaranteed only if the dam has given birth by cesarean section up to two times. In our experience, a dam should not undergo more than three cesarean sections in her lifetime due to health risks. We also do not recommend inseminating a dam younger than 18 months old, as we cannot guarantee success.

Breeding French Bulldogs is a delicate process that requires dedication, knowledge, and care. It involves time, energy, financial commitment, and strict adherence to responsible breeding practices.
A female Frenchie must be artificially inseminated with semen from a healthy, proven stud. Due to their unique body structure — narrow hips and puppies with large heads — natural delivery is rarely possible, and a cesarean section is often required. Puppies are typically born 58–63 days after insemination, so from the 58th day, constant monitoring of the mother is essential. Having a reliable, always-available veterinarian is crucial to ensure a safe delivery.
